Job Summary
Serving as a dedicated case manager for veterans, the full-time remote Client Experience Navigator will guide clients through the medical evidence process, ensuring a smooth and compassionate journey while coordinating documentation and communication across departments.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the client's advocate, guiding them through each phase of their case lifecycle
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to keep them informed and supported throughout the process
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely progress and resolution of cases
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in case management, client coordination, or administrative support within a medical or service-oriented organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with systems such as Salesforce and ZoHo
- Demonstrated empathy and professionalism in handling sensitive client situations
- Experience supporting the veteran community or familiarity with VA processes is a strong plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
