Job Summary

A company is looking for a Case Manager/PAP to support patient access initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients in accessing therapies by verifying benefits and addressing reimbursement issues
  • Engage with healthcare professionals and insurance companies to facilitate patient therapy initiation
  • Compile and analyze data on reimbursement trends for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree, or Bachelor's degree with 2 years of customer service/call center experience, or Associate's degree with 6 years of experience, or High school diploma/GED with 8 years of experience
  • Minimum of 6 months experience working for AS+ or Tezspire Together HUB
  • Experience working in a regulatory environment and with both commercial and government payors
  • General knowledge of accounting principles, pharmacy operations, and medical claims
  • High School Diploma or GED required with at least two years of related experience
