Case Manager, Rare Disease

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Case Manager, Patient Services - Rare Disease.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients/caregivers in obtaining access to PTC products and coordinate patient care
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining patient confidentiality
• Handle all aspects of patient cases, including follow-up and administrative functions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3 to 5 years of Case Management or equivalent experience in an orphan/rare disease biotech environment
• Experience in Case Management demonstrating strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Knowledge of pharmacy billing, prior authorization, and appeals is preferred
