Case Manager, Rare Disease

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Case Manager, Patient Services (Rare Disease).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients and caregivers in obtaining access to products and coordinate patient care
• Build relationships with stakeholders and maintain confidentiality while facilitating information sharing
• Handle all aspects of patient cases, including follow-up and administrative functions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3 to 5 years of Case Management experience, preferably in a rare disease biotech environment
• Experience in Case Management demonstrating strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Knowledge of pharmacy billing, prior authorization, and appeals is preferred
