Job Summary

A company is looking for a Case Manager, East Coast (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' needs and develop action plans for treatment initiation and continuation
• Assist in obtaining insurance approval for products and maintain coverage through collaboration with stakeholders
• Educate patients and healthcare providers on insurance options, treatment processes, and available resources

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Health Care/Social Work/Nursing preferred
• 3+ years of case management experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical/biotech industry
• Knowledge of benefit verification and prior authorization processes for infused and injectable products
• Familiarity with private payer, Medicare, and Medicaid reimbursement processes
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management Systems, such as Salesforce.com
