Case Processing Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Case Processing Operations Center, the full-time remote Case Processing Analyst will perform personnel vetting case processing activities, including application ingestion, case maintenance, and compliance with regulations to ensure timely and accurate investigations.

Key responsibilities

• Review, validate, and process personnel vetting applications in accordance with established procedures
• Monitor assigned cases throughout the investigative lifecycle and take appropriate actions to support case completion
• Conduct research and coordinate with data providers and internal stakeholders to obtain required information

Required qualifications

• Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain an active security clearance
• Experience in administrative processing, records management, or investigations support preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and computer-based systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining productivity and quality standards
• Must be a U.S. citizen; work sponsorship is not available due to federal security restrictions
