Case Processing Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Case Processing Operations Center, the full-time remote Case Processing Analyst will perform personnel vetting case processing activities, including application ingestion, case maintenance, and post-closing tasks to ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate personnel vetting applications in accordance with established procedures
• Monitor assigned cases throughout the investigative lifecycle and take appropriate actions for completion
• Conduct research and coordinate with data providers and agencies to obtain required information

Required qualifications

• Must possess or be able to obtain an active security clearance and a Common Access Card (CAC)
• Experience in administrative processing, records management, or investigations support preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining productivity and quality standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and computer-based systems
• Must be a U.S. citizen; work sponsorship is not available due to federal security restrictions
