Case Processing Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Case Processing Operations Center, the full-time remote Case Processing Analyst will perform personnel vetting case processing activities, including application ingestion, case maintenance, and post-closing tasks to ensure investigations are processed accurately and in compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate personnel vetting applications according to established procedures
• Assess Continuous Vetting alerts and generate reports for relevant subjects
• Monitor assigned cases throughout the investigative lifecycle and ensure timely completion

Required qualifications

• Must possess or be able to obtain an active security clearance and a Common Access Card (CAC)
• Experience in administrative processing, records management, or investigations support preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining productivity and quality standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and computer-based systems
• Must be a U.S. citizen; work sponsorship is not available due to federal security restrictions
