Case Processing Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting personnel vetting operations, the full-time remote Case Processing Analyst will manage application ingestion, case maintenance, and post-closing activities to ensure compliance with investigative requirements and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review, validate, and process personnel vetting applications according to established procedures
• Monitor assigned cases throughout the investigative lifecycle and take appropriate actions for case completion
• Conduct research and coordinate with data providers and agencies to obtain required information for investigations

Required qualifications

• Must possess or be able to obtain an active security clearance and a Common Access Card (CAC)
• Experience in administrative processing, records management, or investigations support preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and computer-based systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining productivity and quality standards
• Must be a U.S. citizen; work sponsorship is not available due to federal security restrictions
