Case Processing Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Case Processing Operations Center, the full-time Case Processing Analyst will perform personnel vetting case processing activities, including application ingestion, case maintenance, and item-level processing, in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review, validate, and process personnel vetting applications according to established procedures
• Assess Continuous Vetting alerts to determine relevance and generate reports for security specialists
• Monitor assigned cases throughout the investigative lifecycle and ensure compliance with investigative requirements

Required qualifications

• Must possess or be able to obtain an active security clearance and Common Access Card (CAC)
• Experience in administrative processing, records management, or investigations support preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and computer-based systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed procedures
• Must be a U.S. citizen; work sponsorship is not available due to federal security restrictions
