Case Research Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Case Research Specialist who will provide complex case research and analysis to support sales initiatives and case pursuit strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and compile key case data, including nature of the case, venue, and milestones
• Conduct legal research and evaluate existing business to identify opportunities for service expansion
• Maintain and update the CRM/Lead Database with targeted cases for sales and consulting professionals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; some college required
• 3 to 5 years of relevant business experience
• High proficiency with MS Office 2017 and experience with ATS/CRM tools
• Advanced experience in conducting internet searches and data entry
• Familiarity with legal research tools such as Westlaw or Lexis is a plus
