Job Summary

Processing single case agreements remotely, the short-term contract Case Specialist will provide service support to Intake, Claims, and Care Management, ensuring timely access to behavioral health services while meeting financial and service objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to provider inquiries regarding single case agreements via phone and email
• Communicate updates on potential delays or barriers in single case agreements to internal staff
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain records of single case agreement outcomes in internal systems

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience in customer service
• Strong negotiation skills
• Able to multi-task effectively
