Job Summary

A company is looking for a Case Support Manager to provide administrative support during the investigative phase of human remains identification casework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to IGG volunteer Research Strategists and maintain case files in the CRM
  • Ensure timely communication and status updates with external law enforcement agencies and partners
  • Manage and coordinate the OSINT Specialist volunteer team to enhance casework efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IGG casework, preferably with multiple admixture populations
  • Demonstrated OSINT skills and ability to identify living persons using public databases
  • Experience in maintaining data integrity within a CRM or detailed database system
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage documentation for multiple projects
  • Must have access to a reliable, private internet connection and a personal computer
