Job Summary

A company is looking for a Case Support Specialist - New Business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the process of individual life insurance and annuity applications or claim files for decision readiness
  • Act as a point of contact for issues and escalations, providing guidance and resolving inquiries
  • Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external team members while ensuring timely communication regarding case statuses
Required Qualifications
  • High school education plus equivalent experience or an Associate degree
  • 2 years' experience in a process-oriented role; 5 years preferred
  • 2 years' experience in the Life Insurance industry or carrier operations; 4 years preferred
  • Proven ability to handle multiple assignments with overlapping deadlines
  • Proficient in Salesforce, FAST, AS400, LifeNotes, and Life Desk
