Job Summary

Supporting the life insurance and annuity application process, the full-time remote Case Support Specialist will coordinate requirements, prepare cases for underwriting review, and ensure efficient case progression while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate and obtain necessary information from applicants, agents, and vendors for underwriting decisions
  • Communicate status updates and resolve outstanding requirements through professional phone and email interactions
  • Act as a liaison among New Business, Underwriting, agents, and external vendors to facilitate smooth case progression
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in the life insurance industry or carrier operations
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
  • Strong computer proficiency and data entry accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and web-based systems
