Casework Supervisor, Maryland Licensed

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Casework Supervisor, Virtual PIR.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of post-arrival activities under the Virtual PIR, providing virtual case management services for up to 90 days after arrival
• Partner with state and local government and service providers to refer clients for support and services
• Monitor client progress towards self-sufficiency and maintain communication with the team regarding cases needing additional support

Qualifications & Requirements

• Undergraduate degree strongly preferred
• 2-3 years of relevant experience required
• Knowledge of U.S. Refugee Program and previous case management experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required; knowledge of Microsoft 365 platform preferred
• Previous training or public speaking experience desired
