Job Summary

A company is looking for a Caseworker I for the SAF Call Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interview callers and coordinate requests for service, recording client information and determining eligibility for services
  • Perform related case activities, including obtaining verifications and coordinating case management services
  • Compose and deliver emergency communication messages to military locations
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience or equivalent education and experience, including one year in a social service agency
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and the military community
  • At least one year of customer-focused experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
