Job Summary
A company is looking for a Caseworker I for the SAF Call Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Interview callers and coordinate requests for service, recording all client information in the case management system
- Perform related case activities including obtaining verifications and delivering emergency communication messages
- Provide emergency and routine financial assistance to military members and their families as needed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience or equivalent education and experience, including one year in a social service agency or service contact center
- Familiarity with medical terminology and the military community
- At least one year of customer-focused experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
