Job Summary

A company is looking for a Caseworker I for the SAF Call Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interview callers and coordinate requests for service, recording all client information in the case management system
  • Perform related case activities including obtaining verifications and delivering emergency communication messages
  • Provide emergency and routine financial assistance to military members and their families as needed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience or equivalent education and experience, including one year in a social service agency or service contact center
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and the military community
  • At least one year of customer-focused experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
