Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Interview callers and coordinate requests for service, recording all client information in the case management system
- Perform related case activities including obtaining verifications and delivering messages to military locations
- Provide emergency and routine financial assistance to military members and their families
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Familiarity with medical terminology and the military community
- At least one year of customer-focused experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
