Cash Analyst
Job Summary
To support financial operations, the full-time Cash Analyst will process customer payments, manage payment inquiries, and utilize ERP systems while working remotely for a duration of 13 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Run and monitor investigations for unallocated items and manage internal and external payment inquiries
- Investigate and resolve customer payment claims to minimize collections while maintaining accurate customer account records
- Utilize ERP systems to enter and post customer payments, reconcile bank deposits, and ensure compliance with SOX and internal controls
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
- Familiarity with ERP and Mainframe systems, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Experience with data analysis and process improvement techniques
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Entry-level experience with a willingness to learn and work independently or as part of a team
