Cash Application Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cash Application Analyst to join their team in North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Post manual checks, wire transfers, ACH deposits, and credit card transactions
• Research and apply cash received from customers to the correct invoices
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and perform month-end and quarter-end responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in a multi-currency cash application team
• Solid understanding of generally accepted accounting standards and general accounting procedures
• Experience with ERP systems, payment gateways, and various banking platforms
• Demonstrated experience in month-end and quarter-end close processes
