Cash Application Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cash Application Analyst to manage cash receipts and accounts receivable reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable reporting and analysis, including running AR aging reports and preparing data for meetings
• Oversee cash application and reconciliation processes, investigating discrepancies and ensuring accurate application of cash
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process improvements and ensure data integrity across systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred, or substantial professional experience in a related field
• 3+ years' experience in finance/corporate finance with exposure to cash applications and healthcare/Medicaid billing
• Proficiency with Workday (finance modules) and SQL for data extraction and reporting
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and data manipulation
• Process improvement orientation with the ability to document and streamline workflows
