Job Summary
Detail-oriented and temporary, the Cash Application Representative will support accurate customer payment processing and reconciliation while working remotely for a duration of 3 to 6 months.
Key responsibilities
- Research and accurately apply customer payment remittances, including various payment methods
- Investigate and resolve unapplied cash items and complete payment reconciliations
- Process customer refunds and ensure proper documentation and approvals are followed
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in customer payments and invoices
- Proficiency in operating computers
