Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operations and address escalations related to operational issues

Required Qualifications and Education

• 9 to 15 years of experience in Insurance Finance and Accounting
• Working knowledge of Cash Application, Collection, and Billing
• Understanding of Premium, Broker, and Agency business
• Experience in managing and coaching a team
• Ability to identify and recommend improvements for inefficient processes
