Cash Application Specialist

Job Summary

Thriving in dynamic settings, the full-time salaried Cash Application Specialist will manage high-volume cash application processes, reconcile cash receipts, and resolve discrepancies while supporting various client environments.

Key responsibilities

• Perform high-volume cash application and posting of payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Investigate and resolve unapplied cash, short pays, deductions, and discrepancies
• Collaborate with collections, billing, and customer service to address payment issues and assist with month-end close activities

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in cash application, AR reconciliations, and/or month-end close support
• Strong experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite
• Ability to work both onsite and remotely based on client needs
• Proven capability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments with minimal supervision
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in cash posting and reporting
