Cash Application Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Cash Application & Account Reconciliation Specialist to work remotely on a contract basis, this role will process customer payments, reconcile accounts, and ensure accuracy in accounts receivable records.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer payments received through various channels with high accuracy
• Match payments to appropriate customer accounts and invoices within the ERP system
• Perform detailed account reconciliations and support month-end close activities

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in accounts receivable, cash application, or account reconciliation
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
• Experience with cash application automation platforms
• Demonstrated expertise in payment reconciliation processes
• Experience with ERP systems, particularly cash application and receivables modules
