Cash Application Specialist

Job Summary

The full-time remote Cash Application Specialist will be responsible for the accurate and timely posting of payments from clients, insurance, and patients, while collaborating with the accounting team to ensure financial integrity and account reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

• Post payments accurately and promptly from various sources, including clients, insurance companies, and patients
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure batches are posted correctly and all unapplied cash is accounted for
• Ensure accurate reconciliation of accounts to balance at the end of each month

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in revenue cycle management
• Proficient in reading Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and posting ERA payments
• Experience with processing credit card transactions
• Proven ability to reconcile payments and batches effectively
