Cash Application Specialist

Job Summary

Ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer payments, the full-time remote Cash Application Specialist II will manage incoming payments, credit card transactions, and reconciliations while collaborating with internal teams to provide excellent service.

Key responsibilities:

• Receive and process incoming payments from various sources, including checks and credit cards
• Collaborate with Credit and Collections teams to address payment application issues and customer remittance information
• Perform bank validation and complete import reconciliations across different ERP systems

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• At least 2+ years of direct cash application experience in an office environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with credit card transaction processing and dispute management
• Able to work overtime when required
