Cash Applications Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Specialty Infusion Pharmacy, the full-time Cash Applications Analyst will review and reconcile external audits, manage patient and payor refunds, and oversee the company's unapplied cash account while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review supporting documentation for payor audits and refund requests
• Prepare, record, and track external audit findings and refund requests
• Research, reconcile, and manage the unapplied cash account, providing necessary reports

Required qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience in cash posting for infusion or specialty pharmacy
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of medical/pharmacy insurance payments and EOBs/remits
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
