Cash Applications Lead

Job Summary

Leading a team of cash application representatives, the full-time Cash Applications Lead will manage shift operations, serve as a technical resource, and oversee staff training while working remotely from MO, IL, OK, or WI.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinates and leads shift operations of assigned activities and staff
• Monitors and reviews work progress, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
• Evaluates orientation and training of associates and performs duties of a Cash Applications Representative

Required qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or 10 years of relevant work experience
• Three years of experience in cash applications or related field
• Experience with payment posting and electronic health records (EHR)
• Strong customer service and computer skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and data entry
