Cash Applications Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cash Applications Payment Processor.

Key Responsibilities

• Post all payments from insurance carriers and patients accurately and timely
• Balance daily work between practice management system and bank report
• Work with multiple software systems and websites

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• 1-2 years' experience in processing cash and insurance payment transactions in a medical setting or relevant financial background preferred
• Understanding of insurance payment processes and ability to read an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) preferred
• Ability to process a large amount of transactions with high accuracy preferred
• Proficient in working with figures and possess strong analytical skills
