Cash Applications Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cash Applications Specialist to manage client payments and financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately post and apply client payments to the appropriate accounts
• Research and reconcile payment discrepancies and collaborate with internal teams
• Support month-end closing processes and ensure compliance with company policies

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
• Strong ethical conduct and organizational skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently
• NetSuite experience and accounting certificate are a plus
