Cash Applications Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cash Applications Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply customer payments accurately and timely across multiple payment methods
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies by analyzing remittance and bank data
• Support month-end reconciliations and collaborate with Billing and Accounting for payment reporting

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or higher preferred
• 1 year of Billing/Accounting experience and/or industry experience required
• ERP system experience preferred, with Sage Intacct desired
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Ability to thrive in a high growth, fast-paced environment
