Cash Management Associate

Job Summary

To support cash management operations, the full-time contract Cash Management Associate will execute cash disbursements, maintain communication with banks and business units, and analyze cash positions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Execute cash disbursements in accordance with firm standards
• Maintain close communication with agent banks and business units to ensure smooth payment processing
• Analyze cash positions and validate projected balances for appropriate funding across product lines

Required qualifications

• Treasury experience
• Experience in accounting principles and financial transactions
• Familiarity with SAP or ERP platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based PCs
• Ability to comply with Bank and Industry Codes of Conduct
