Cash Management Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Working in a hybrid capacity, the Cash Management & Wire Operations Specialist will support cash product lifecycles, execute high-value wire transfers, and provide client advisory services while transitioning to modern banking technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Support the lifecycle of cash products, including account analysis and statement management
• Execute and monitor high-value wire transfers, ensuring compliance and accuracy
• Provide high-level support to commercial customers regarding wire transfers and online banking migrations

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Cash Management, Wire Transfers, or Treasury Back Office
• Familiarity with FIS Horizon and experience with Pay+, Montran, or Dragonfly is highly valued
• A hungry-to-learn attitude with the ability to pivot between different teams
• Strong customer service skills to assist corporate clients through complex issues
