Cash Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cash Management Specialist III who will handle complex cash management tasks and payment posting.

Key Responsibilities

• Navigate bank or clearinghouse portals to process electronic remits and batch deposits
• Verify payment accuracy against EOBs and troubleshoot patient invoice discrepancies
• Assist with month-end cash management closing and adhere to compliance policies

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Four plus years of relevant experience
• Five plus years of revenue cycle management experience
• Experience with AthenaIDX and zero pay remit files preferred
• Strong mathematical skills and proficiency in MS Word and Excel
