Cash Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cash Management Specialist III who will manage complex cash management tasks within the RCM team.

Key Responsibilities

• Navigate bank or clearinghouse portals to post payments and verify accuracy against EOBs
• Troubleshoot and resolve payment posting discrepancies and problematic patient invoices
• Assist with month-end closing and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Four plus years of experience in cash management or related roles
• 5+ years of experience in revenue cycle management (RCM)
• Experience with AthenaIDX and knowledge of payment posting processes preferred
• Proficiency in computer applications including MS Word and MS Excel
