Cash Manager

Job Summary

To enhance enterprise value through optimized cash flow, the full-time Cash Manager will lead cash flow forecasting and analysis, manage working capital initiatives, and engage with stakeholders to provide financial insights, with regular in-office collaboration expected in Brentwood, TN.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the short-term and long-term cash forecasting process, analyzing financial statements to identify key business drivers and opportunities
• Spearhead initiatives to improve the cash conversion cycle by optimizing components of working capital in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Serve as the primary liaison for cash management matters, preparing and presenting reports on cash flow performance and variance analysis to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• University degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA or CPA preferred
• Minimum five years of financial experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities
• Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP system
• Proficiency in Power BI and strong digital skillset
• Ability to influence decision-making through financial acumen and effective communication
