Cash Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the daily operations of the collections team, the full-time remote Cash Manager will ensure timely patient account collections, improve cash flow, and promote compliance with policies while collaborating with various departments.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the collections team to meet quality and productivity goals
• Monitor aging reports to ensure timely resolution and payment of accounts
• Analyze EOBs and denials to resolve issues impacting cash collections

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Required)
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Preferred)
• 3-5 years of healthcare revenue cycle experience (Preferred)
• Prior experience in a supervisory or management role in collections (Preferred)
• Knowledge of healthcare billing and collection practices, including insurance payer requirements
