Cash Operations Processor

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and experienced, the remote Cash Operations Processor will coordinate cash pickup logistics, reconcile transactions, and serve as a primary point of contact for customers and couriers while supporting smart safe technology management.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate cash pickups with armored courier services for timely and accurate service
• Balance and reconcile daily cash transactions, swiftly identifying and resolving discrepancies
• Maintain strong working relationships with courier partners and assist with smart safe technology implementation and support

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in cash handling, cash operations, banking operations, or a related field
• Strong reconciliation and numerical accuracy skills, with experience managing high transaction volumes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with cash management technology is a plus
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive cash operations
• Ability to pass required background checks in accordance with state cannabis banking regulations
