Cash Operations Specialist
Job Summary
Detail-driven and experienced, the full-time Cash Operations Specialist will manage, reconcile, and optimize daily cash positions and bank transactions for a fintech and cryptocurrency platform, working remotely from LATAM or Europe.
Key responsibilities
- Allocating and recording cash payments accurately across accounts to ensure complete transaction capture
- Preparing monthly bank reconciliations and managing relationships related to the company's banking activity
- Owning balance sheet general ledger accounts and resolving historic queries related to cash
Required qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in treasury operations, accounting, or banking
- Hands-on experience with bank reconciliations
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and business concepts
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Current residence in Latin America (LATAM) or Europe
