Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cash Poster to accurately post cash to accounts receivable records.

Key Responsibilities

• Post cash payments to correct invoice line items accurately and timely
• Balance posted amounts against EFT totals and resolve outstanding items
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize, analyze, and reconcile high volume data efficiently

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum six (6) months related experience
• Strong Excel skills
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand English
