Job Summary

Ensuring accurate and timely posting of receivables, the full-time Cash Poster will process accounts receivable, set up new accounts, and prepare payment schedules while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Process and monitor accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy in postings
• Set up new accounts, verify invoices, and adjust for returns as needed
• Identify and report short pays and monitor unapplied payments for missing information

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of accounting or finance experience
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
