Key Responsibilities

Prepare posting instructions for payoff, reinstatement, and claim settlement funds
Analyze unapplied funds and ensure proper disposition
Validate documentation for non-recoverable expense submissions

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
Six months to one year of general office/mortgage servicing default experience preferred
Previous Foreclosure or Investor/Insurer Claims experience preferred
