Cash Posting Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cash Posting Rep I to assist in processing patient account payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Sort and bundle incoming mail and payments by state for efficient processing
• Fill out Batch Sheets for payment bundles and review checks for identification issues
• Maintain compliance with company policies and meet routine deadlines for tasks

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to organize work and meet established deadlines
• Six months experience using a computer
• Ten-key by touch at a speed of 8,000 to 10,000 keystrokes per hour
• Understanding of ADA, FMLA, and other relevant standards
