Cash Posting Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cash Posting Representative responsible for cash posting and credit resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Post payments including cash, checks, and credit cards, and perform adjustments and cash transfers
• Conduct research and clear unapplied, unidentified, and missing payments
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain confidentiality of all billing matters

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree in relevant fields preferred
• Preferred experience with Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and insurance terminology
• Preferred experience in hospital billing
• Proficiency in using computers and basic software programs
