Cash Posting Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cash Posting Rep II.

Key Responsibilities

• Support back-end cash posting functions and ensure accurate application of payments to customer accounts
• Investigate and analyze accounts to identify process barriers and trends, while collaborating with teams to improve workflows
• Conduct audits, training, and reporting for compliance and operational metrics

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to organize work and meet established deadlines
• Experience in revenue cycle management and/or claims processing is desirable
• Basic Excel experience preferred
• Ability to perform essential job functions consistent with ADA, FMLA, and other standards
