Key Responsibilities

• Post manual and electronic patient and insurance payments, adjustments, and denials
• Perform daily cash reconciliation, reporting, and resolve unapplied accounts
• Maintain and reconcile petty cash funds and prepare local bank deposits

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 3-5 years of direct cash handling experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Familiarity with data entry and basic to intermediate Excel skills preferred
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a reliable high-speed internet connection
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and secure work environments
