Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cash Posting Specialist to oversee cash collections and reconciliation for Home Health & Hospice agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for collection efforts and procedures for Executive Directors and Revenue Cycle Portfolio Leaders
• Provide coverage for cash posters during absences and train new cash posters
• Maintain knowledge of payor contracts and government billing regulations, ensuring compliance

Required Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in healthcare billing and collections management, preferably in home health or hospice
• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment
• Demonstrated capability to manage detailed information accurately
• Able to work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners
• Exhibits ingenuity, autonomy, assertiveness, and flexibility in job responsibilities
