Cash Posting Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cash Posting Specialist to manage payment transactions and ensure accurate posting to patient accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Post daily payment transactions and perform month-end cash management tasks
• Investigate unidentified payments and ensure accurate posting to appropriate accounts
• Provide timely customer service and escalate posting issues as necessary

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 6 months of experience posting insurance payments from EOBs or RA required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams) required
• Strong alpha and numeric aptitude skills required
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
